Getting status of a smartcard problem

I sent my phone to a technicians to replace the battery , after that when I opened it, it start and loading and say getting status of the smartcard and after that it will request pin that start with 0 and end with 0.

I can't access my phone, anyone who can help please

Have you tried to take the card out, then turn the phone on? (That will tell you whether the problem is with the phone or the card.)
