Getting two quick lookup

I have downloaded a 200 page manual for this phone and very early on I come across some problem. In the section Home Screen the manual is suggesting I tap the lower left button (circle with triangle inside) to access Quick Lookup, however, that appears to be All Apps.

I've done my research and I'm pretty sure I'm reading the right manual but I becoming afraid it's a waste of my time. Can anyone help me?

You are reading it right. I checked it in that very same manual, as I have it on my SD card, and cross checked it on my phone. Yes, it does take you to all apps. However, it does not tell you to scroll down and look for the app, Quick Lookup. It will be even easier if you add the Quick Lookup app on your Homescreen. Long-press on an empty space on one of your homescreens, select apps and scroll down to Quick Lookup. Sorry that that aspect of the manual was too vague to see what they meant. He was just looking for the app Quick Lookup. The manual tells you to hit the all apps button, but doesn't tell you to scroll down to Quick Lookup. The manual itself was vague on it, and I told him he needed to scroll down to it, in addition to hitting the all apps button, since the manual doesn't tell you that. I think we got him the help he was looking for.
