Getting "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." error

I've been getting an "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" popup constantly today. I've restarted and powered off my phone which has done nothing. Earlier this morning I restarted my phone, it updated 1 app, and now I'm getting this message. I don't know which app it updated however and I can't navigate around because this error message keeps popping up. Any ideas?
 
Got it to stop popping up by ending the Google Play app in Apps Manager. I'm assuming that's the app that updated this morning. I think that once the phone restarts, this is only going to be a temporary fix.
 
Got the same this morning. In the Application Manager I selected Google Play Services and uninstalled updates. Did the same for Google Play Store. Restarted. Then the app which was interrupted downloading, creating the com.google.process.gapps error, which also prevented access to Play Store and phone Updates, downloaded properly and intalled properly. Error message gone. Good luck! :)
