I have several videos I took with my S8. I want to get them onto my Windows 10 PC. I have MS OneDrive app and seems like some of my pictures have synced but not all. If I open the OneDrive app on my phone or on my PC I don't see any videos. If I open the videos with the default picture app on the S8 and tell it to share the video to my one drive it looks like I do the steps correct as I don't get any errors. But still video not copied to one drive.
Next I hooked my S8 to my PC with USB cable. My PC reconizes my S8 but when I browse the file I see a folder on my phone called pictures but it is empty inside. On my phone I clicked on "Allow" to all my PC to view. But still can't copy videos using this method.
I am new to Android. But I am a I.T. person. I'm stuck. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
