Ghost touch during heavy load on Nougat stock ROM. What is the cause and to fix it

The ghost touches usually occur during heavy task such as opening many browser tabs, multitasking, or playing graphic demanding games. I'm on stock, non-rooted nougat ROM Galaxy Note 5 SM-N9208.
