Ghost touch even after I changed my battery

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung J2 Pro had its battery swollen a few months ago and it caused the phone to have ghost touch whenever it reaches 60% or below. I had it changed a few months back and the ghost touch did not go away, moreover; it turns off immediately and when I charge it says 0%. Now the second battery I bought is also swollen and I don`t know the cause. Please help.(sorry for the grammar, English is not my first language.

2nd battery also swollen, something not right for a device 2 years old . Might have to take to repair center have them inspect it.

Welcome to Android Central! The replacement battery you got sounds like it was also faulty. You could always try another one, but keep in mind that replacement batteries for old phones have also been sitting around on a shelf for a while, and may therefore be more prone to failure, or simply deteriorating with age.
