Gingerbread ROMs

Anyone running a quality ROM on Gingerbread?

I am currently running rooted Froyo and have all the goodies I need to SBF and install GB prerooted.

Any suggestions?

Anyone tethered on GB with wireless tether yet?

Therr is also Ginger 4.1 and Lexlite has one that came out today. These are on rom manager app

I cannot seem to find either of these on ROM Manager. What am I missing?
