Here is the link to the Carbonite Fusion theme for CM7. I'm currently running this theme on my CM7 HTC Incredible and love it. I was using Carbonite Fusion .5 and IMHO is the best Sense rom out there, but I have come back to CM7.0.3 stable (not a nightly person at all) and this will be my permanent rom. Can't wait for 7.1. And if you can't find an answer anywhere else, PVille, DWM and Wanda will hook you up!!

Thank you to everyone! I borked the phone when I tried to install the Cabonite ROM over the CM 7 nightly. I restored to old 7.0.3 stable. When 7.1 RC1 launched, I performed a Titanium backup of my non-online games, performed a nandroid backup, and installed CM 7.1 RC1 after wiping everything, bumping my Android version up to 2.3.4 . I then installed Incredikernel 2.6.38.8 (6192011). And then, I installed the Carbonite Fusion theme from the link provided by ucluglee using Astro. After choosing it in the Theme Chooser, I rebooted and all works well.
On a side note, thanks also to Pville for his post regarding what to back up and restore when flashing ROMs. Using Titanium properly really helped to streamline the process without losing all progress made on games such as RoboDefense and Plants vs. Zombies.
Also, I installed the MIUI camera.
All appears to be working properly!
I'm still unsure why I found it so hard to understand which version of Carbonite I needed to get but I likely didn't do enough research. Lesson learned.
