So I've had this weird problem occur to me a few times already. I transferred all my contacts from my Galaxy I over to my new phone and synced them with Google Contacts. I verified that all of them transferred.
Since I've only had the phone for a couple months, there are some people that are only now contacting me. When one of my old contacts calls me, it causes their contact information to disappear meaning the just their phone number shows up with no picture or name. Once the call has ended I look up their contact information under People and sure enough it's missing. I then have to manually add them to my contacts once again. This wouldn't be that big of a problem except that along with their contact picture and name, their additional phone numbers, emails, birthday, address is lost as well. I've logged into my gmail when this has happened and the information is not there either.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so what is the solution? I've searched and not found a similar thread. Thank you in advance!
