glitches since latest updates?

I have noticed that since the most recent update my phone gets loading errors is more laggy than before also when I have full reception google will have an error message about loading when I go back to home and reload the page via the recent apps window it might load. There is a 50 50 chance that it will load it. Also with copy and paste when I go to send an article via messenger the link may not copy correctly and therefore send a partial link or not one at all. It is very frustrating to me and even my aunt who praised the phone when it first came to metro pcs notices a change

I would normally suggest wiping the cache partition, since this can often help with various issues after a system update. However, LG doesn't allow users to access the Recovery Menu where wiping the cache partition is possible.:-\ In your situation, you may ultimately have to backup all of your data, then do a factory reset (which will retain the system update).

This might not do much, but you could also try clearing all app caches by going to Settings>Storage, tapping Cached Data, and then clearing it.
