Global settings in S Note?

Hello everyone. New to the forums here.
Has anyone found a global setting for s note settings? Particularly, when hitting the new s note and it keeping your page settings each time. I like a lined note pad on my s notes. Every time I start a new note I have to set this feature up again and remember to click the 'all pages' square. I pretty much swear I had it setup on my Note 4 not to have to do this every time I started a new note as the new notes carried the settings each time but I already can't remember for sure (lol pretty old I guess).
This driving anyone else crazy? I almost always am writing and not drawing and don't want just a blank white screen very often. There's gotta be a global setting (I hope).

First off, welcome. This is a great place to learn and sometimes help others. I'm sure you will enjoy.

As for global S note settings, I was just looking for them as well. Like you, with no luck. I would really like to see this as an option.

Well, I guess I wasn't just missing something! lol
I remember now on my Note 4 when you went to settings, there was Change default cover (and it's still there) then under that was Change default template. That choice is no longer there. Strange! I need that back!
