Gmail not syncing!!

for about two weeks now, my Gmail is not being sent to my phone.. i have cleared the data and cache and still no emails arriving.. Any other Fix for this?? Any one else going through the same thing? Please Help, Thanks.

1. Check your data manager settings, make sure "Background Data" is checked and "Data Enabled" is checked.

2. Check your battery manager settings, make sure you don't have a policy set that's preventing you from receiving data.

3. Go into your accounts and make sure "Sync Gmail" is checked.

4. Check your gmail account and make sure you don't have some kind of filter that's forcing mail to bypass your inbox.

Put the Power Control Widget on one of your home screens and make sure that the sync control is on/active. I've read a few post where something unknown turned the sync off.

it was turned off.. dont know why... i turned it on, now seems to be working.. but ill see as the day goes on. Thanks for the Help
