I also posted this on Google forums but maybe someone here knows the answer faster.

I have a school email which uses Hotmail set up to be retrieved with Google through pop. I set it up so that all emails Google receives from the Hotmail server from that email address are simply labeled with that email address.

Now, Google downloads the messages from the server and labels them no problem. However when I get emails from school or anything with that account: when they get to Google Gmail puts them in my spam box. J have to frequently check there to see if I got an email.

I've obviously marked as not spam when I see this but is there a way to stop this from happening when I get emails from the same addresses on my gmail account they do not go into spam.

In your GMail account, Create a filter for your school host address (university.edu) and mark it to never be flagged as spam.

Cool, thanks. That worked for the important stuff; but, all the mail from that address gets sent to spam. (99.9% of it is from the school so that filter works fine for me.). What if it was a different email address I was using. How would I stop all the mail from there (That didn't make it to the spam box on that account obviously) from going into the spam box? Anyway?

Thanks for the help.
