So this is a little different of a problem than I have seen in previous posts...the SYNC is non existent at the moment and has been for a few days. Even when I manually get in there and update (set to auto-update) the copy reads "Loading Conversations..." and will stay that way forever if I let it.
Don't know what the issue could be, doesn't seem like its user error but please let me know if this is the case and a way out of this madness, thanks all
