Gmail sync prob possible fix!!!

Hello, yes i am new to the forum, thank you, but after the past 3 days spending at least a total of 20 hrs looking on 7 different sites (anywhere from here, to gmail, to xda, to htc, etc) doing everything from deleting accts, force stopping everything, clearing cache, fixing permissions, you name it if it was on any of these forums i tried to no avail. Which sucked because i run a string of internet franchises, and had to manually sync every 5 minutes to keep current. So in addition to fstopping framework services, gmail and anything google related (play store etc) i also realized my home pc has had an open login to my google account. Meaning everytime i went to google (+, mail, calendar) i was constantly logged in. all i did was hit "log out" and closed my browser, and presto! If i send mail from other web based accounts, even though it's not "instant" i receive my email notifications within 3 minutes. Hopefully this helps some of you, and it wasn't just a critically timed fluke on my end.

and though there are tooooo many names to mention that have put numerous different solutions up, everyone in this, and all forums, deserve the highest respect for the amount of help and support you show each other.
