Gmail vs Samsung mail

I use Gmail. I don't get many emails and the interface is more simple and it looks way better. but really, Samsung email works nearly identical.

Samsung email. Pretty much a basic no-frills email app but works well using it for my Yahoo, Gmail and work's Exchange email. Gmail is not my primary email app and never was a fan of their email app or page so Samsung's basic layout and functionality works for me.

Bluemail for home emails (I read my gmail from that app-works well, no delays, nice little perks like reminders etc). Stock installed Microsoft Exchange email for work.

Have you tried Samsung focus? It’s on the App Store, a really good email app which has some really handy features such as being able to write memos and to do from the email and associate them together.

That’s increasingly becoming my default one over the stock mail which is excellent too (love the features where I can choose times my emails sync and when it stops syncing).

I use both. Stock for hotmail and yahoo, and the gmail app for multiple gmail accounts. Both work well for what I need.

I've been using Nine for a while now and love it. However, I'm picking up my Note8 today. Maybe I'll give Samsung mail a try...

I use both - Gmail for my Gmail account, Samsung mail for my Outlook and Verizon accounts. I also have the Outlook app for my work mail.

I use Gmail or my domain email addresses. I travel a lot and have moved all over North America. Using Gmail allows me access no matter where I move.

I have tried Gmail in the past a I found it to be a battery hog. Is it any better now? I am currently using stock and it's not bad, just no frills and not very good at managing spam.

I have tried them both, and some others. I Keep going back to Gmail, Inbox by Google is well done also.

I've been using Inbox lately. So far I like the layout. Have used both Gmail and Samsung for some time. Right now Inbox is winning over the thee

I had been using Maildroid and a few other email apps over the years. However when I got my Note 8 I was pleasantly surprised how well Samsung Email works for me - I am very happy with it.
