GNex is talking to me and won't shut up

My Galaxy Nexus just started talking to me. I changed no settings. Nothing is enabled in Accessibility. When I touch a button like, Download, the phone says 'Action Button! Download!' Or when I touch text within an application it speaks that text. Again, Text to Speech is NOT enabled. This is driving me nuts. Can someone please help! Thanks!

Settings -> Accessibility -> Install web scripts not allowed
