I just bought my XOOM at Costco for $789.00 plus tax. I asked if the 90-day policy applies and he said no, you have 14 days to return for a refund and 90-days for an exchange.
I said he was wrong and when I came back to sign the month to month agreement he said I was right! He showed me the contract and you have 90 days to return it for a FULL REFUND. So if anything better than the XOOM is coming out soon, I can just return it by May 24th!
PLUS: He said if the XOOM gets cheaper in 90 days time, I get the difference back! FU**ING awesome!
