go home launcher drains battery?

Anyone think that the Go launcher drains the battery faster than for example ADW EX? Sure seems that way

I get about 20+ hours on mine using Go Launcher. I've never liked the way ADW looks so I can't compare. How fast are you seeing a battery drain?

I'm going to play with it today to see. I was always a adw user but got into Go at the weekend. Love how you can hide the bloat there too

I listen to music about three hours a day, surf the web/facebook for a few hours. I have smart actions to disable wifi, data, and sync when the screen is off. I also have a smart action that turns on data and syncs every 30 min.

I created different time frames for every half hour I wanted to sync, then selected all of them in one smart action.

It sounds like a lot of work because I had to create 28 timeframes but in reality it only took me ten minutes.

I had tried getting juice defender to do it for me but I had issues with it conflicting with other smart actions I have.

I'm losing about 10% every 2hrs on Go.. maybe 12%.

Whats background data compared to data enabled in the data mgr section?

Once I replaced Go Ex with LPP, my battery life increased. That's my experience.

I've been using Go since day one, I use 5% per hour heavy use and 2-3% per hour light use. No problem for me.

Five minutes. For example one is 9AM - 9:05 AM. Another is 9:30 - 9:35.
