GO SMS and Keyboard - paid for ad-free versions on old phone; how can I use them on new phone?

Hi, I recently upgraded to a new phone and on my previous phone I had GO SMS and Go Keyboard, the pro versions that I paid for to eliminate the ads. I thought that the proper versions of the apps would transfer through my Google play account to the new phone but for some reason, even though they show me as being logged in under the right account, they aren't the versions I paid for and are showing ads and offering the option of buying the ad-free version. How can I use the ad-free versions on my new phone if I've already paid for them?

Welcome to Android Central! How did you purchase the pro version before -- through Google Play Store, or did you go directly through the developer?

Google play shows that purchased under one account can be used in other device when you login to that.
But I dont know how In-app-purchases are counted.
Contact developer to resolve this.
