Going back to 2.1 from 2.2

Is there a way to do this? I am not happy with 2.2...nothing that has changed seems better. I was only really looking forward to the ringtone volume being louder and it isn't even that much at all. So if anyone knows a way to go back to 2.1 from 2.2 i would appreciate it if someone could let me know.

You gotta hunt down the 2.1 SBF, as well as the USB drivers and the Motorola RSD Lite program. They should be a few links away from each other if you know where to look.

EDIT: Oooh wait, I think I remember reading on another forum that it is possible (moderator confirmed it), but because he was "sworn to secrecy" not to tell how just yet, I guess you have to wait for the instructions to go public.

Ahh...thanks anyways. I am just so upset with this FROYO update. I waited so long for it to come out and it did everything opposite to what i wanted it to. I was much happier with 2.1. I can live without flash (Only good thing on 2.2) I will be happy again once i can figure out how to get back to 2.1.

The 2.1 sbf file might not work so I heard because stock bootloader is 30.01 and OTA 2.2 one is 30.03... I dunno tho.

DO NOT attempt to flash back to 2.1 after doing the 2.2 OTA. You will brick your phone and there will be no way to unbrick until the 2.2 sbf file is released!!!
