Going to a One from a One X+

I am thinking about upgrading to the One, has anyone moved from q one x or x+ to the one? If so, what are your thoughts?

Much different feel, physically. More sleek, and the metal I think is a little more slippery. Not that I didn't like the HOX design -- this is just more refined.

Night and day in terms of software and performance.

I've had the One X, One X+ and now the One. I echo what the well informed man above says. I love it. Quick, beautiful. Wow's everyone who sees it.
Easy setup and transfer using HTC transfer. I haven't felt as though it would slip out of my hand. I didn't use case on my X+ and I'd of I will use one now.

Screen dimensions are the same. Sharpness and brightness are biggest differences for me.
Biggest adjustment from that is power button moved sides.
