Goo Bang Doo XB III TV Box Intermittent blinking every 15 seconds

My Goo Bang Doo XB III TV Box is been going black every 15 seconds. It does this when watching a movie or a video in all the streaming apps. I have a good strong WiFi connection with 100mps for a very good streaming. I connected it with the cord and it kept doing it. My tv box is one year old. Does this means I will have to replace it? Can someone please tell me what to do to fix the problem? Thank you in advanced. Jazveroalina7
