I have 5.0. Bought a new International, unlocked (855) and on AT&T is the US.
Phone updated immediately to 5.0.
Working fine for me after a few weeks of ownership now.

I also have Android 5.0 on the D-855 version of the LG G3, I'm a few weeks in into this update with no issues at all. I wouldn't entirely recommend the update as I have not used it on 4.4 KitKat. But the new update should bring better performance, (it runs on ART by default) and some users have reported a drop in battery life.
