Good evening everyone. Thought I'd come here and introduce myself, seeing as the forum did politely suggest I do. Heck of a website here, one of my top Android sites I visit regularly. No, I'm not a lurker who is just now joining. Actually, I have a confession. my name is Chris, and it has been 30 days since I last used my iPhone.
That's right, 30 days ago today I made the jump to Android via a Galaxy S III. Why? Curiosity, and to prove I liked iOS enough to go back within 30 days. Well, I was wrong. The most fun at have had in years has been discovering everything new and different about Android. Customization and freedom are two of my favorites. Of course, having choice was difficult at first. Up until a few days ago I was still stuck between my GS III or a One X. Still want both, but what gadget lover wouldn't?
But enough about me, we are a community here. I hope to get to know many of you and, hopefully, make some new friends. I do request that no one be too harsh, I am still very new to your world and do not know much. Here's to a bright new future with Android.
(Also, as I write this, I realize how much Android has affected my iPad skills. I continually look for a back key, and long press keys like I would with Swift Key. Sigh, is an Android tablet in my future?)
