Good lock and led case

Has anyone else had problems with the led case after installing good lock 2018? A coworker and I both have the note 8 with he led case and since installing good lock the notification icons that show up when you close the case will not go away. After reading texts the text icon still flashes on the front of the case. The only way to clear it is to take the case off or restart the phone. Very annoying.
