Good Messaging Charge

Someone I work with was telling me that VZW is now charging $15 per month to use Good Messaging. I'm currently not paying that, and can't find much on the subject. I checked my bill and still have my normal $30 UL data plan, no special fees.

Does anyone know anything about this? I'm wondering if my employer has a contract with VZW that waives this fee (or my employer pays it).
