Hi,

New member here. I have a Samsung Fascinate, coming from the Storm 2. Only had this phone about a month, and so far, it's great. However, like most people, I'm always wanting the newest updates and features. From what I've been hearing about Verizon's delay in releasing Froyo, I don't think I'm going to sit around and wait forever for this update, which is why I'm here.

Hacking into my phone is something completely new to me, but I consider myself well above average in getting around a computer and understanding how they function. For now, I'm reading up as much as possible on my phone before gathering the guts to make the leap and root.

Welcome to A/C. I believe there was something with the SD card function and Froyo so Samsung delayed the release, that was the last I read, not sure if there was a fix for that yet.
