Rear speaker blew on my EVO, called sprint store asked them if they could replace it. They said sure, took it to sprint store asked if they would still replace it even though my phone is rooted they said yes as long as its hardware related. Fixed in 10 minutes, and the tech was amazed with Cyanogenmod. Told him to roll onto Android Central and get hooked up. Hope this helps others who get blown speakers and hope your sprint store is as cool about it as mine.

I got my speaker, screen, and most of the fad replaced the other day. I un-rooted before I took it in though just in case. It's great that the Sprint techs can just fix you EVO so you don't have to take a referbe.

I went in to my local sprint joint (to theive some battery cover letters, they had none on the tourist model ) and I showed the tech there my rooted goodness, and he is going to root his now lol
