[me just saying]

while sitting at home on medical leave and after paying bills, I felt a bit deress and decided to do something for myself. I went to att and was looking at phones and looked at the black s21 ultra 5g 512gigs, then I looked at the trade in for my note 10+ which was 800 bucks. Thought to myself, that trade in will not last much longer and whats another 20 bucks a month for the next 36 months.

My fingers keep hitting the continue key or whatever key that took me to the shopping cart on its own. Next thing I knew I was on the screen congratulating me on the purchase and I will get it the first part of next week. Now I have something different to play with. This is the first time I have been without a note phone since the original one. Maybe I could live without the stylus, microsd card, mst...oh god, what did I do!!!

I did the same upgrade from the note 20 to the s21 5g. TMobile took my note back they couldn't fix it so they returned my money and gave me a credit.

Just got a shock. I expected delivery Tuesday, at the earliest Monday. Just got the tracking number and it will be delivered tomorrow, Saturday. Hope it is right.

you are right, they are similar but there was enough differences for me to keep it - so far. 5G will be in my area soon and I thought it would be nice to be ready for it. besides sometimes new devices is the best medicine for some of us old folks. I got it about an hour ago and look like my afternoon will be busy play and learning the differences. No complaints yet

Now you need to assessorize the shiny new phone. I just ordered a Blackbrook case for mine.

Update don't recommend the Blackbrook case the phone case itself offers zero drop protection I went back to OtterBox.

I followed the same path about a month ago.
I bought also the case that includes the S pen, since I use the pen daily.

I ended up getting the samsung case with s-pen. Really nice.
