Google 10cent apps become full price

This is my first smartphone (Evo 4G) When I get to the "buy" screen it shows the regular instead of the 10cent Google sale price. If I buy will the price be automatically adjusted? Is this "Sprint" not allowing the sale prices? I'm not sure what to do.This is my first app buying experience.I did enter Google 10cent sale in search and the apps are showing up-it's pricing that's the problem. Please advise me.

Make sure your at today's apps not a previous days. In my market at the very top it shows the 10c promotion and just tap on it. If you don't see all 10 any of the rest of the days then it is not comparable with your device.
