So if your on Google+ and your in my circle and I'm in your circle and you approve me in your circle to see when your online to chat... if I'm not on google+ but on Google Talk on my phone... can I see you?

Yes, as long as I'm signed into Google Talk and available, you can see me. They're still kind of separate services.

Do your people from Google+ automatically show up or just to people you add like before? I don't see anyone new offline.
