Google app opens randomly - "popular search"

Hi,

I have a Xiaomi Mi10.
I have been facing a problem with google assitant. It opens randomly (appears: "popular search" from google app) without my permission and it is really annoying because sometimes it pop-ups, then I click in "back" button and it pop-up again.

I have already check in foruns how to fix it (not given permission to updates; uninstall the updates; turn off the google) but no solution came out.

Do you have any particular solution ?

Welcome to Android Central! Does your phone have any shortcut features that bring up Google Search? Like a certain gesture on the screen (often a diagonal upward swipe from one of the lower corners of the screen) or a long-press of the Power button? Or does it come up when you're not even touching the phone?

It pop-up when I use the mobile (not using a specific task or app) or even not touching the phone (when the screen is unlocked)

Do you have a screen protector on? If so, try taking it off. Sometimes those can cause phantom touches, which might be triggering the Google search bar to open.

I have screen protector. however, If I remove it, I think that I cannot put it again :'(

Do you see any air bubbles under the screen protector? That might make it more likely to cause phantom touches.

Another thing to try is to boot into Safe Mode, but some Chinese manufacturers don't allow this for some reason. Try these steps:
