How do I stop from Google Assistant constantly pops up on my Galaxy A53 5G phone???

Do you have an idea of what you might be doing to bring it up? Are you pressing and holding the Power button, or swiping up diagonally from a bottom corner of the screen?

Is Assistant waiting for you to ask a question, or is it prompting you to finish setup or something like that?

Update: I disabled Google and no more Google Constantly popups!!

That's fine, but be aware that you'll lose a lot of functionality with the Google app disabled.

If you have Settings - Google - Settings for Google Apps - Google Assistant - Hey Google and Voice Match - etc you can turn off the Assistant fully in a couple of places there.
I'm sure it varies per device.
