I don't want Assistant to respond to my voice commands. I have several Google home devices in my house. My phone responds and I have to keep clearing it. So I did this:
How to stop an Android from listening to you by disabling Google Assistant
Open the Settings app.
Tap "Google."
In the services section, select "account services."
Choose "search, Assistant & voice."
Tap "voice."
In the "Hey Google" section, select "voice match."
Turn off "Hey Google" by swiping the button to the left.
Works for a while, then goes back to listening.
Anyone have a fix for this?
