I thought I posted this already but I don't see it when I look or search. I apologize if I'm double posting.

I have an S10 Plus running Android version 11. My Google Assistant voice speed is very slow even though I raised it up all the way to fast ( Text to Speech). Everywhere I search said to do that to fix the problem but it made no difference. She actually sounds like she's drunk.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I changed the text to speech speed to fast, but that didn't help. It's the only thing I can find when I Google it

Try reset Google app by long pressing it then tap storage >clear data and force stop.

Thanks for replying again. I did What you suggested but that didn't fix it.
Hi, no problem!

Ok Uninstall the update to that app , don't let play store automatically update it and see if its ok.on the previous version.

It's working again but I'm not sure why. I did as you suggested, that didn't seem to do it, it upgraded the system's software, that seemed to make it worse since it wouldn't respond at all, and then I went through the settings just seeing if everything was okay and it's suddenly started working. Maybe a combo of everything or whatever glitch was happening finally was undone.

I'm glad it's working , but it would be nice to know why in case it happened again so I could fix it.

Thanks again for your help!

Thats great! Probably a little glitch that needed to re-apply the update again
