Google Pixelbook had Google Assistant and my Asus C302 didn't. I was jealous. Then Google Assistant came to the rest of us. I turned it on, with flags and settings, and it works great.
When I would say, "Hey, Google," my Google Home Mini, my Pixel 3 phone, and my Asus would all answer. I turned off the voice recognition on my chromebook and my phone. I call Google Assistant on my Asus with CTRL-A and it works great.
