Google Calendar sync to Android

I have a Samsung Galaxy Portal (GT-I5700) and am trying to sync my google calendar with the calendar on my Android.
Apologies if this is simple, but I have read many, many posts here and still not found out how to do it.

I link my Corporate Exchange email and yahoo email perfectly.

Also if anyone knows how to sync a corporate Exchange calendar to Google Calendar then please let me know.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you downloaded Google calendar sync?

Try that.

Yes on home PC and it appears to sync but nothing is transferred to google calendar.

Does it have to be on the work PC (or Terminal Services session in my case).
