Google Calendar sync

I have just switched from the default Samsung Calendar (on my Galaxy S5) to Google Calendar. I understand that when I click on "sync", it backs itself up. Where do I go in case I need to restore the calendar?

is this a trick question? when you sign in with a new device to your Gmail account your Google data (Contacts, Calendar, Gmail) will all automatically sync to the device. also you can view your Google Calendar via PC online here -
