Google Camera on Pie

Didn’t have Gcam on 8.1. Loaded apk after pie update and it won’t run. Asks for permissions then crashes.

Anyone have it working? What build are you using?

I'm guessing the camera app for the Pixel was updated for Pie; you'll likely need to wait until someone creates a download file for the new Pie camera app.

Showing my relative lack of apk understanding, would Gcam have worked in pie if I’d loaded and had it working before the upgrade?

Likely not. My guess is one of the changes in Pie likely broke the old camera app.

Mine too was installed before the update and running fine.
