Google Chrome / Samsung 9 / Lost Bookmark option?

[Android Central Question]

Hi! Ever since the last update, I cannot locate my bookmarks option. My Google homescreen looks very different and I don't have the options or menu on it anymore. I used to be able to locate my Bookmarks in the upper right hand corner from the drop down, but it's gone now. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung phone -- S9 or Note9? What do you mean by "Google homescreen"? Are you talking about the Google website in Chrome, and the web shortcuts that appear under the main Google logo?

When you open the Chrome browser and tap the menu button at the upper right, you don't see Bookmarks as an option? Yeah bookmarks don't work so well or at all . I hit the three dots in the right hand corner and I see two bookmarks but not my synced bookmarks from
my PC. Also when I hit the favorites icon its added but I don't know were. I don't seem to be able to add anything to the bookmarks menu. but it seems
to be synching history from the pc don't get it sync is selected for everything on the phone.

Open Chrome, tap Menu, then Bookmarks. What does it say at the top -- Bookmarks, or Mobile Bookmarks? If it says Mobile Bookmarks (which is usually the defauilt), then tap the left arrow at the upper left of the screen. This is the main Bookmarks screen. Now select Bookmarks Bar, and see if your PC bookmarks are there.

If it's missing, try a reboot and see if that resolves the issue. Might be a simple glitch.
