If I clear data by pushing the "Clear all Data" button on Google Chrome, will it erase all tabs from the app?

I'm trying to find ways to reduce Chrome's app size without losing much information on it. It's somehow grown bigger in size and I didn't even use it for a long time.

I believe clearing the app data for Chrome will clear out any tabs that were open. It should still resync with your Google account immediately, and your bookmarks will be readily available.

Chrome has been a well-known memory and storage hog for a while. Mine is hovering around 4.5 GB, so 130 MB is a drop in the bucket. If this is too much of a problem for you, you may want to try other browsers.
