Flash is missing in action in ICS.

It's confirmed. I had problems upgrading to ICS from Gingerbread, but T-Mobile and Samsung solved the problems. But before I did the upgrade I read
the ICS review at PCMag.com, a glowing one, but a few reservations, one, no flash, two, ICS needs more resources (I figure 2 gigs RAM, minimum of 1 gig), three, slower on some devices, and four, some apps you have may not work on ICS. I'll wait. I like my Samsung Galaxy S Blaze. I'll wait until cI can afford the S III.

If this thread is still active, with people reading, here is an apk file you can install, which can enable flash in ICS. I have tested it, should work, though keep in mind that some browsers work with it, and as android progresses with no flash support, browsers in future might obliterate flash support entirely.
Here is the file, via drop box.
