Question Android Auto Drive Mode

Drive mode fails to automatically stop after thr phone is disconnected from the car. I have to manually stop Drive mode in the 'Modes' facility

Mod note: I altered the title of your thread because when I clicked on the thread, I thought this was a question of Google's cloud storage called Drive.

As far as the question itself: I've never choose Drive Mode. I just plug in, and my head unit automatically goes into Android Auto, and I just don't touch my phone.
