Google Earth freezing tablet

I love google earth and the tablet is the ideal playground for it. However, it seems to freeze my tablet after moving on the screen a few times. I already cleared the cache but it did not help. Since it is a google product I would expect it to work like a charm on android. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue sometimes. I'm sure the next update or two will fix it. I'm not too worried about it.
