Question Google framework and launcher crashing

I have a tablet that started having Google crashes, usually framework but often Gmail and others. I think every single app crashed at one point.

I tried deleting cache in various apps and that worked for a while.

Then I tried wiping the cache partition and that didn't help at all.

Now the launcher is crashing and I can't use my tablet at all.

Is there anything else I can do besides just rebooting and doing a factory reset?

Maybe install from my SD card

Are you putting apps data on the ad card? Which tablet is this ?

What make and model is the tablet? Is it a no-name or off-brand device direct from China? Those are much more likely to have software glitches due to poor or absent quality control.
