Google has blocked my QuickMemo+ so I cant restore my poems

I have a stylo6 plus I have used a stylo since the stylo 3 I love them but when I tried to synce my quick memos+ this time it said that google has blocked this app due to suspicious activity I have all of my poems saved to qm+ please tell me they are not lost forever...

Are you still able to access them on your previous device? Does the app allow you to export them?

This is one reason I try not to trust data that is important to me to a proprietary app like this. I believe QM+ is an LG app, LG has gotten out of the mobile device market. I don't see the LG app when I search the Play Store, though I do see apps with similar names.
