Google+ has stopped and other slowdowns - New Apps say out Space

Ever since the update (I was rooted before) I get random errors:

1. On reboot: "Unfortunately, Google+has stopped"
2. Root Explorer not working

So I went ahead and used Kingo to re-root

Now I still have the error
1. On reboot: "Unfortunately, Google+has stopped"
2. Root Explorer just hangs.

Any idea what I can do to fix? I do not want to loose a lot of my apps / SMS. I have titanium backup so is there anything I can do?

I went to reinstall Root Explorer and it out of space when I have a 64GB memory card with 42GB free and internal has 14GB free

EDIT: I deleted and reinstalled and now it seems to open. I am assuming the last update broke a lot of apps.

Not rooted but yes, I have had to re-install two Apps so far since the last upgrade, Adobe Reader and Google Search. Upon re-install all is well with the world.
