Google is coming after Samsung fold users and iphone users. They are offering $900 trade in on iphone and fold 4 as off now.

The good news if you want to keep Samsung folding phones this could force Samsung to offer better trade INS. Might not see the crappy trade in values we seen with the the S23 series

Good question. Samsung is losing phone sales so they might, at least that's what I've heard. In reality I doubt it since this is goggles first gen, people could be gun shy.

I'm betting the biggest thing that will get Samsung's users attention is the wider front screen, but then the inside gigantic bezel will be an eyesore.

I agree with the aspect ratio of the phone being one of the big keys and maybe getting Samsung to change up... I've not seen the Pixel fold in person yet but from all videos and online following think they nailed it ...it's thinner when folded as well
