Google Keep question

I have the Nexus 4 and when I go to Google Now and say the phrase "note to self" it saves my note in google keep.

On my sisters evo LTE it sends her an email instead and I don't see a setting to change it. I have tried un installing and reinstalling Google keep but still it won't save the note to keep.

Anyone else have this issue on the evo LTE? Or better yet anyone know how to fix this problem?

For me it let me choose between gmail and keep when saving the note. I haven't been on full stock for a while but if you can't reassign the app use in settings then you could try clearing data on Google search which will then hopefully prompt it to ask you and let you tell it to always save to keep.

Make sure gmail is up to date, i had the same problem but updated and then it asked to use gmail or keep
